How to make Dauphinoise Potatoes
This is a dauphinoise with ambition. Thin layers of potato are gently baked with cream, garlic, nutmeg and thyme, then chilled, pressed, and crisped until golden on every edge.
Serve it straight from the oven like a classic gratin, or take it to the next level by chilling and pan-frying for restaurant-worthy results.
