Starting with a 9-month pop-up in the scenic waterside precinct of Barangaroo, it became evident that the city on the harbour wasn't willing to let go of something good so easily. The canteen-style eatery proved to be a hit and was eventually established as a permanent location. This was followed by a table service restaurant in the vibrant Glebe Tramsheds area.
