"Biang Biang is a small chain of unassuming Asian noodle shops. But the extra care taken to produce unbelievable flavours makes these shops stand out. The hand-pulled noodles are a great attraction here. I love taking locals mates here - afterwards, they are always slightly embarrassed they have never been before. I come here for the Rougamo. It's an Asian version of a burger. They make such a tasty snack - pulled lamb and cumin sandwiches between a flakey pastry bun that has been grilled. So good."
