Drawing inspiration from wine bars across the Basque region, Gilda is the second restaurant venture by chef Lennox Hastie. The venue showcases bite-sized snacks, share plates and an extensive array of Spanish wines. Lennox champions seasonality and local Australian produce while also paying homage to his culinary training in Spain, which is shown throughout the menu.
