In-N-Out prioritises freshness and quality - none of their products or ingredients are frozen, pre-packaged or microwaved. The burgers are made fresh to order, the fries are hand-cut in store and the shakes are made with real ice cream. Fun fact: in 1948, In-N-Out was the first restaurant to introduce the two-way speaker to allow customers to order directly from their cars for drive-thru.

"The first burger joint I visited when I travelled to USA for the first time. The first thing that grabbed my attention was seeing a team of staff chopping the fries to order. This was something I had never experienced. Above all else, the burgers were to die for. Simply made, but fresh and with good ingredients. Living in Australia, In-N-Out is one of the things I crave most from the culinary availabilities of USA."
