At Kostas, the special thing about their food is the tasty rolls made of pita bread. They are filled with healthy Xirino Souvlaki (pork skewers) or Gyros (kebab), tomato, strained yogurt, paprika, and parsley. The fresh meat and simple filling make it hard to resist having just one!
