"Ras Dashen Ethiopian Restaurant - located in Footscray - is a star of Melbourne food. I could name 20 places in this area I want to try, or have and highly recommend. Ethiopian food has long been a stronghold for this area. Spicy stews and braised vegetable dishes all come out on grazing platters with dips and pickles. Washed down with a couple of St. George beers, imported Ethiopian beer!"
