Gordon established his first restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, in Chelsea in 1998. The restaurant offers an intimate ambiance and serves exceptional French cuisine. In 2001, it was awarded three Michelin stars, which it maintains to this day. In 2015, Matt Abé became the Chef de Cuisine of the restaurant and was later promoted to Chef Patron in 2020.
