Ham Bone and Bean Cassoulet

Many of us have leftover Christmas ham that we are unsure what to do with. My two favourite go-to recipes are classic carbonara (no cream, no way) and my one-pot peasant dish of ham bone bean cassoulet. It’s easy, delicious and can sit on an induction stove all day slowly getting better with time. Leftovers from this also go great on a classic waffle.
