Gregory Czarnecki served as a member of the jury of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Young Chef Africa & Middle East regional competition, and will mentor regional finalist Paul Thinus Prinsloo, both up to and during the world grand final, which will be held in October 2021 in Milan.
