"Taking [my son] Rocco to Naples was one of my all-time favourite experiences while we were filming Gino's Italian Family Adventure. Making him my mother’s seafood risotto while we were there was just so special: the icing on the cake. I have made this recipe countless times for the family over the years, but, somehow, cooking it on my home turf brought all of us closer to my parents... and that was a really wonderful feeling. Please try and get your seafood from a fishmonger, which will ensure that it is super-fresh. This recipe is from me to you from my mamma, with love."
