When French chef-restaurateur Moïse Sfez's take on the American lobster roll won "Celebrity Favourite" at the World Lobster Rolls Championship in 2018, it was obvious that he was onto a good thing. Parisians have clearly agreed, given that Homer Lobster has branched out into multiple branches across France, and even a restaurant in Dubai. Homer Lobster offers American classics like crab rolls, grilled cheeses and tuna melts, but also some more unique options like their housemade salmon pastrami or caviar filled brioche toasties.
