"The quintessential Parisian bistro. Ultra cool people drinking some of the best wines with wonderful music and a creative genius cooking in the kitchen known as Iñaki Aizpitarte. One of the leaders of the Bistronomy movement. The food is absolutely incredible with the most wonderful pairing of ingredients. By far one of the best bistros in all of Paris with a very reasonably price set menu that will blow your mind."
