Mugaritz is Andoni Luis Aduriz's fine dining restaurant located in the small town of Guipúzcoa, San Sebastian. Aduriz's vision is to create an element of shock and awe thoughout his thought-provoking menu and controversially named dishes. Thought to be the vanguard of Spanish fine dining, Mugaritz utilises local produce along with the restaurants self-managed kitchen garden which is also where diners enjoy their first course.
