• 2 bay leaves

Soutzoukakia mixture

• 500 g beef mince
• 1 whole onion (grated)
• 1 clove of garlic (grated)
• 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 1/8 tsp All spice
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp cumin
• 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt & pepper
