Dark Chocolate and Orange Over Night Oats

Method

  1. 1
    In a mixing bowl, combine oats, coconut yoghurt, milk, cacao powder and maple syrup. Stir well until smooth and evenly mixed.
  2. 2
    Spoon half the mixture into jars or containers. Add a teaspoon of marmalade to each, then layer over the rest of the oat mix.
  3. 3
    Top with orange segments and a sprinkle of cocoa nibs.
  4. 4
    Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours). Serve chilled.

    • 2 cups rolled oats

    • 1/3 cup milk or oat milk

    • 2 tsp cacao powder

    • 1/4 cup maple syrup (plus extra to serve)

    • 2 tbsp orange marmalade

    • 1 large orange, segmented

    • 2 tsp cocoa nibs
