Maybe Sammy is a glamorous cocktail bar in Sydney’s The Rocks, founded by Stefano Catino and Vince Lombardo. Drawing on the golden age of Hollywood, 1950s and ’60s Las Vegas and the classic hotel bar, the venue pairs world-class cocktails with theatrical service, playful energy and old-school hospitality.
