Jasmine Negroni

Method

    Brew the jasmine tea according to the packet instructions. Remove the tea bag or strain out the leaves, then allow the tea to cool.

    Measure the Italian red bitter aperitivo, sweet red vermouth and gin into a small carafe or bottle.

    Add an equal measure of the cooled jasmine tea and stir gently to combine.

    Place the mixture in the refrigerator until chilled.

    Place a large ice cube into a rocks glass.
  6. 6
    Cut a fresh orange slice for the garnish.
  7. 7
    Pour the chilled jasmine Negroni over the ice, add the orange slice and serve immediately.
