Blueberry, Mango & Nut Smoothie

Method

  1. 1
Place the cashews, almonds, coconut yoghurt, peanut butter, banana, blueberries, mango, protein powder and coconut water into a high-speed blender.
  2. 2
Blend for 45–60 seconds, or until the nuts are finely blended and the smoothie is creamy. Blend a little longer if needed.
  3. 3
Add a handful of ice, if using, and blend again. For a lighter consistency, add a splash more coconut water.
  4. 4
Divide between two glasses and serve straight away, while cool and fresh.
...And that's it, enjoy!

For a frostier finish: Use frozen blueberries or mango for a thicker, colder smoothie.

Let the fruit shine: Choose a ripe banana and sweet mango to balance the blueberries’ gentle tartness.

Keep the flavours mellow: Vanilla or unflavoured protein powder pairs beautifully with the fruit and nuts.

Make it your own: Choose a protein powder that suits your dietary needs. A plant-based variety keeps this smoothie vegan and dairy-free.
