Roberta Muir is passionate about making it easy for home cooks to explore new cuisines and ingredients through her cookbooks, online cooking classes, small group food & wine tours in Europe and Australia, and other events. Roberta's superpower is translating 'chef speak' into 'home cook speak'. She's spent a lifetime working with Australia's top chefs, hosting cooking classes at Sydney Seafood School and writing cookbooks with Alessandro Pavoni, Giovanni Pilu and Janni Kyritsis. She has a Master's degree in Gastronomy and is a certified cheese judge and Sherry educator.
